Consent to the processingof personal data

This is a translation for convenience; the Russian version prevails.

By ticking the box “I give my consent to the processing of personal data” in a form on the salyut.su website and sending the form, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give my consent to the operator — AKTO LLC (TIN 1216009142, PSRN 1021202253820), address: 3B Zelenaya St., Volzhsk, Mari El Republic, 425000, Russia — to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. Personal data: name, phone, e-mail address, company name, the text of my question or message, and the product I am asking about — to the extent I entered them in the form.

2. Purpose of processing: answering my request — consultation, product selection, preparing a quote, sending a sample — and contacting me about this request.

3. Processing operations: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction, with and without automation.

4. The data may be passed to the operator’s employees, 1C-Bitrix LLC (the Bitrix24 CRM system), the operator’s hosting provider and e-mail service — only to store and process the request. The data is stored in the Russian Federation; no cross-border transfer takes place.

5. This consent is valid until the purpose of processing is achieved, but no longer than 3 years after my last contact, or until it is withdrawn.

6. I can withdraw my consent by writing to info@salyut.su or sending a letter to the operator’s address. After withdrawal the operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days, unless it has other legal grounds for processing (part 5, Article 21 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”).
